Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your order

You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order, provided it hasn't been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp +91 97193 49297 or email suvastramlabel@gmail.com with your order number.

Made-to-order, custom-sized and hand-painted outfits can't be cancelled once production has started, because each piece is made specially for you.

Refund on cancellation

For prepaid orders cancelled in time, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. There is no cancellation fee.

Cancellation by us

Rarely, we may need to cancel an order — for example if an item goes out of stock or a payment fails verification. You'll receive a full refund within 5–7 working days.
