Shipping Policy

How and when your Suvastram order reaches you.
Where we ship
We currently ship across India only. We don't ship internationally yet — message us on WhatsApp if you need an outfit delivered abroad and we'll do our best to help.
Shipping charges
- Free standard shipping on all prepaid and COD orders above ₹1,499.
- Orders below ₹1,499: flat ₹99 standard shipping.
- Express shipping: ₹149 (priority dispatch and faster courier, where available).
Dispatch time
Ready-to-ship styles are dispatched from our Surat studio within 1–2 working days. Made-to-order, custom-sized and hand-painted outfits are dispatched within the time shown on the product page (usually 5–12 working days).
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time
- Within Gujarat: 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- Metro cities: 3–5 working days after dispatch.
- Rest of India: 4–7 working days after dispatch.
- North-East, J&K and remote areas: 6–9 working days after dispatch.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel ships we'll send you the courier tracking link on WhatsApp, and the courier sends SMS updates. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Order page.
In all, most orders reach you within 3–10 working days of being placed; made-to-order and custom outfits within 5–21 working days. If your order is delayed beyond the time shown at checkout, we'll keep you informed.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available on orders up to ₹15,000 in serviceable PIN codes. Please keep the exact amount ready. Repeatedly refused COD parcels may lead to COD being disabled for that number.
Damaged parcels
If the outer packaging is torn or tampered with, please don't accept the parcel and contact us immediately on WhatsApp +91 97193 49297 or email suvastramlabel@gmail.com.
