The terms that apply when you use this website and shop with us.
Who we are
This website and all sales made on it are operated by Suvastram Label, a sole proprietorship of Mamta, 2nd Floor, Plot No. 4/6, Khatodara Industrial Society, Ring Road, Khatodara Wadi, Surat, Gujarat – 395002, India (GSTIN 24CFPPM3946H1Z3; Udyam UDYAM-GJ-22-0668055). References to "we", "us" and "Suvastram Label" mean this business.
Products & pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST.
- We make every effort to show colours accurately, but slight variation due to screens, lighting and the handcrafted nature of our products is normal and not a defect.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is successful (or, for COD, once we confirm it with you). We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that we can't fulfil, with a full refund.
Payments
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI PIN or banking credentials.
Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are handled as set out in our Return & Exchange, Cancellation and Shipping policies, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property
All designs, prints, photographs, logos and content on this website belong to Suvastram Label and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receipt.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Surat, Gujarat.
